Rangers Junior Golf Team

The North Texas Junior select golf team was created to compete against the top junior golf teams in North Texas through The Northern Texas Junior PGA team series. There are 12 boys/girls on the roster that make up the junior golf team.

There are three ways to join the team:

  1. The junior golfer must tryout
  2. Have some previous tournament experience
  3. Come through the ranger’s junior golf program

The age of the team members range from 8-12 and they must:

  • Be focused on the lesson
  • Be good students and maintain good grades
  • Have respect for themselves
  • Have respect for their team members
  • Have respect for their parents
  • Have respect for their instructors and the game of golf

Each student will sign a letter of commitment to maintain these aspects and commit a good portion of their leisure time to practice in order to improve their game.

Program includes:

  • 4 – 30 min private lessons per month (weather permitting with makeup lessons)
  • 2 – 1 hour group team lessons per week (weather permitting with no makeup lessons)
  • 1 – 1 hour playing lesson per month
  • Team tournament play through The North Texas Junior PGA
  • Adams team bag and Adams hats

Price: $175/month.
