Carlos Brown is one of the top young teaching professionals in the North Texas area. One of his greatest assets is the ability to see every part of the golf swing. He has worked and studied with some of Texas’ best teaching professionals and instructs some of the top Junior, College and Amateur golfers in Texas. Carlos is certified to teach amputees and other disabled persons. He is also on Adams Golf instructional staff and is a certified instructor in Mental Training by Mental Training Inc. Carlos has attended the Jim Hardy Golf Seminar and is an Instructional Editor for the African American Golf Digest.
His philosophy is to teach each student the proper mechanics of the golf swing based on their unique bio mechanics. This philosophy enables his students to troubleshoot their swing and make corrections while practicing on their own or playing a round of golf.
Carlos Brown’s ultimate goal is to provide his students with the highest quality, professional golf instruction. Carlos teaches at Los Rios Golf Course in Plano, Texas where he is the Director of Instruction. He runs the North Texas Junior Golf Academy along with Carlos Brown Golf.
